Shipping
We apply our commitment to sustainability to our packaging. We ask you to recycle or reuse them.
We ship free of charge worldwide via FedEx. Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) — no customs fees or import taxes on arrival. Delivered in 1 to 4 business days
Return
If a product is not what you expected, you can return it within 15 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and include original labels and packaging.
To initiate a return, contact us at hola@somoscasia.com, and we'll guide you through the process.
Please note that return shipping costs to Argentina are the customer's responsibility.
REPAIR
For the moment, we exclusively receive items for repair at our workshop in Buenos Aires.
