Leather backpack - Andes L

Color

Natural-grained full-grain leather unlined backpack, handcrafted in Buenos Aires, Argentina. It converts from backpack to satchel-tote by easily switching the leather straps between positions.

Interior: unlined vegetable-tanned leather with an antique brass finish, top metal zip, and one open internal pocket. 

Exterior: one zippered pocket at the back for quick-access items and one open external front pocket.  Unpainted edges. Antique brass-finish hardware.

Materials: Made with vegetable-tanned full-grain leather, achieved using natural tannins from tree barks without toxic chemicals or chrome. 
Unlike artificial leather, it does not crack or peel with age. Instead, it develops a rich patina over the years of use that makes each bag unique.
Natural pigment dyes only. Color may vary slightly between batches.

Care: Built to last over the years with basic care. Clean it with a soft, dry white cotton cloth.
