Photos in our favorite bakery

Although this bakery is not close to our studio, it is worth the trip to visit this dreamy space for a snack. La Valiente is a traditional bakery located in the lower part of San Isidro in Buenos Aires.

The kitchen and bakery are in full view, allowing you to watch as they cut the cold cuts for the pebetes and sandwiches of the day, prepare the counter for the afternoon assortment, knead the bread, and even bake the famous croissants.

Despite being quite crowded, the place is surprisingly peaceful, and we love to go there to chat until we lose track of time.
